Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy was born in the year 1962. She is an American actress. After her first film Bad Boys starring as a Brat Pack part of WarGames '83 and The Breakfast Club '85 she was well-known as a part of this group. Sheedy was awarded an Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead in her character in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy is an American actor and author. In the early 80s, she began her career in film with the crime thriller Bad Boys. She was very well-received in this film. Rick Rosenthal was the director of this film, with other actors notable, such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. In 1985, following her debut success in a film, the actress appeared as a character in The Breakfast Club - a comedy/drama. John Hughes' film, written by him, is considered to be one of history's greatest high-school films. Even though the budget was $1 million, its profits surpassed $50 million. Also, she began to appear on various television shows like CBS Schoolbreak. This was her TV debut. In April of 1980, it became an adolescent-oriented show. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid, Hill Street Blues and Chicago Story are a few of the other series in where she's been featured. Her most recent appearances include Little Sister, a film that follows a super-hero, where Sheedy is a small cameo. Sheedy has been recognized for her extraordinary performance, has won numerous awards. Sheedy was awarded the MTV Movie Award's Silver Bucket of Excellence Award 2005.
